The kind folks at Solutions AEC have agreed to host (as in open their doors and supply all the goodies), our kickoff happy hour of 2017. Located on HWY 30 (Gravois) only 1/2 mile West of 270, their location is convenient to our whole neighborhood (and beyond). Whether you live in South County, work in South County, are passing through South County or always wanted to visit South County, if business-networking is your thing, we hope you'll join us on January 12. Solutions AEC is a premier provider of integrated MEP design/build services. They specialize in providing turnkey engineered systems for owners and general contractors. Solutions AEC has also become a leader in MEP sustainable and net zero energy projects, with LEED Platinum projects and the nation's first Zero Energy building in accordance with The International Living Futures Initiative. In addition to being neighborly business owners, Matt and Brett own the building they're in and have 18,000 sq. ft. of commercial space to rent on the first floor. They're hoping the area's commercial real estate agents, commercial bankers, architects and others involved in the leasing and remodeling of space such as theirs come out and take a look. Add to that a pile of business owners -- some of whom may be looking to relocate -- and perhaps some business transaction magic will result from our party! The event is free.
