Bodybuilders, tattoo enthusiasts, tech folk, and every other group out there has their own conventions focused on precisely what they’re already into. BDYHAX is a little different. By bringing everyone together we want to expand horizons, create new connections, and, hopefully, encourage new frontiers to be explored. Join us as bodyhackers from all walks of life share philosophies, technologies, and maybe the occasional cocktail, all in the name of altering the human body as its owner sees fit.
The 2+ days of BDYHAX include conference sessions and discussions focused on everything from information security in wearable tech to the sense of touch being integrated into prosthetics. You’ll have the opportunity to meet biohackers augmenting the human sensory experience in their DIY labs, hear debates on ethics in human augmentation, and build your own tDCS device for at-home brain hacking. Check out the cutting edge of cosmetic surgery, the latest buzz in tattooing, and far more amazing things than we could ever hope to possibly write about in a single paragraph.
If you think the mix of bodyhackers on the expo floor is going to be exciting, wait until you see who will be standing behind the podium. BDYHAX is inviting researchers from major universities, the top minds of cutting-edge corporations, independent biohackers, futuristic artists, and real life cyborgs for shop talk and brain picking. For a complete list of booked speakers, check out our schedule.
If you want to speak at BDYHAX, there’s room for you still. Reach out at [email protected]
Two groups make BDYHAX possible: passionate individuals on their journey to whatever they consider to be their ideal self and companies who believe in those individuals and their journeys. Whether they provide funding, air time, or other consideration for the event, we count ourselves extremely fortunate to work with such amazing partners and hope that you’ll form your own relationship with many of them soon.
